This policy explains what information myengine.io ("myengine", "we", "us", "our") handles and how. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we handle

• Content you paste. To generate a message you paste a prospect's profile text and a few details — what you offer, your desired outcome, and your name and role. We use this only to generate your message.
• Your email address. Sign-in is passwordless: you enter an email address and we send a one-click link. We use your email to sign you in, to link any subscription to your account, and to send essential service messages.
• Generated messages. The messages we generate for you are stored in an operational log so we can deliver the service and keep accurate records.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card number. We receive only limited confirmation data — such as that a payment succeeded — needed to manage your subscription.

Aside from the above, we do not ask for more personal information than we need to run the service.

2. How we use information

We use it to generate and deliver your message, to process payment, to operate and secure the service, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We rely on a few trusted third parties to run myengine.io:

• Anthropic — provides the AI that generates your message. The text you paste is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the result.
• Stripe — processes payments and subscriptions.
• Resend — delivers the passwordless sign-in emails.
• Render — hosts the application.
• Google Analytics — measures how the site is used so we can improve it.

Each processes data only to provide its part of the service, under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. What we keep, and for how long

• The profile text you paste is sent to our AI provider to generate your message. It is not kept by us as a separate stored record after generation.
• Generated messages and basic transaction records are kept in our log so we can deliver paid messages and keep accurate records.
• You can ask us to delete records relating to you — see "Your choices" below.

5. Cookies and analytics

When you sign in, we set one cookie so the site can remember your session. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, how many people try the free preview. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects usage data, governed by Google's privacy policy. We use it only to improve the product — never to sell your data or serve ads. The payment page is operated by Stripe under Stripe's own policies.

6. Information about third parties

The profile information you paste is about another person — the prospect. For that information, you decide why and how it is used; we process it on your behalf only to generate your message. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide and use it.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keeping credentials on the server only. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email support@myengine.io. We aim to respond within one business day.

9. Children

myengine.io is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
