Terms of Service
Last updated 11 July 2026
myengine.io ("myengine", "we", "us") lets a business create an AI agent that answers its customers on a hosted chat page, a website widget, Telegram and WhatsApp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
You give your agent the information it should know — menus, services, prices, policies — and myengine answers your customers from it, files orders and logs complaints to your dashboard. New accounts start with a free 7-day trial; a paid subscription is required to keep the agent answering after the trial ends.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give your agent, and for honoring the orders and prices it quotes from that information.
- You must have the right to connect the channels you connect (your WhatsApp number, Telegram bot, MyFatoorah account) and to receive customer messages on them.
- You may not use myengine for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to send spam.
3. AI limitations
Agents are built to answer only from your business information and to say so when unsure — but AI can make mistakes. You should review your dashboard regularly. myengine agents do not give legal, medical or financial advice, and an agent's reply is not a binding commitment beyond the information you configured.
4. Payments between you and your customers
If you connect a payment provider (such as MyFatoorah), payment links are created on your own account and money flows directly between you and your customer. myengine is not a party to those transactions and never holds your funds.
5. Subscriptions
Pricing is shown before you pay, billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Businesses that joined the early founding pilot keep the arrangement they signed up under.
6. Third-party platforms
WhatsApp and Telegram are operated by Meta and Telegram respectively, under their own terms. We can't guarantee their availability, and a change on their side may affect a connected channel.
7. Your data
Your business knowledge, conversations, orders and complaints belong to you. You can export or delete them by emailing support@myengine.io. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, myengine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
9. Ending the service
You can stop using myengine anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Meaningful changes will be announced to account holders by email.
