Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of myengine.io ("myengine", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or paying for a generated message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What myengine.io does

myengine.io generates personalized cold outreach copy — an email or a LinkedIn, Instagram, or X/Twitter DM — from information you provide about a prospect. You paste profile text and a few details, and we generate a draft message. You can preview part of a message for free. New accounts can generate a few full messages free, and a paid subscription unlocks unlimited full messages.

2. Plans and billing

• myengine.io is a subscription. Plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the prices shown on the site.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments and billing are handled by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
• The free preview shows only part of a generated message and needs no account. New accounts also receive a small number of full messages free before a subscription is required.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page — cancellation stops the next charge. We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with myengine.io, email support@myengine.io within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it. We aim to respond within one business day.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use myengine.io, or the messages it generates, to:

• send unsolicited bulk spam, or break any anti-spam or marketing law that applies to you or your recipients (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR/PECR);
• harass, deceive, impersonate, threaten, or harm any person;
• promote anything illegal, or contact anyone you are legally barred from contacting;
• reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.

You are solely responsible for how you use the generated messages, including whether you have a lawful basis to contact a given recipient.

5. Information you paste about other people

To generate a message you paste information about a third party (the prospect). You confirm that you are permitted to use that information for outreach and that doing so complies with applicable law. We process that information only to generate your message — see our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content

Messages are produced by an automated AI system. Output may contain inaccuracies, assumptions, or phrasing you would not endorse. Always read and edit a generated message before sending it. We do not guarantee any particular reply rate, deliverability, or business outcome.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and it may experience downtime. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myengine.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the generation in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
